Driving Innovation | Artificial Intelligence, Robotics & Energy Technologies
About Me
I am a passionate tech enthusiast and research scientist with a strong background in artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation systems. With a degree in electrical engineering and information technology, specializing in automation and energy technologies, I bring together cutting-edge expertise with a drive for sustainable innovation.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to industry projects with Siemens, Bosch, and Daimler, focusing on driver assistance systems and fully autonomous driving. Currently, I am a member of the AI Competence Team at the Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research (ZSW), where my work includes areas such as:
- Developing AI models for wind and photovoltaic forecasting
- Creating digital twins for quality assurance and virtual sensor systems
- Optimizing electrode manufacturing in advanced battery research
One of our most rewarding projects has been the development of an autonomous detection system for protected birds of prey – an AI-powered anti-collision solution that integrates mechatronics, robotics, and computer vision to address a pressing environmental challenge.
Beyond Technology
Beyond research and engineering, I am passionate about photography, video editing, and music production. These creative outlets enrich my personal life and inspire fresh perspectives in my technical problem-solving.
